SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

  1. We are using J&T to fulfill your orders as default. Your parcel shall reach you with estimation of

      West Malaysia: 2-3 business day

      East Malaysia: 3-7 business day

  1. Free Shipping within Malaysia exclude Vital Women Phyto Plus.
  2. 2-3 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia. 3-7 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak by J&T.
  3. Once your order has been shipped out, we will send a tracking number to your registered email address.
  4. You may check your parcel status on https://www.jtexpress.my/track
  5. Report to our HQ team at 03-9054 7189 if there are damages on the parcel. Kindly have the following documentations submitted with your report and email them to info@youngberry.co
  • Delivery Order (that can be found inside the parcel)
  • Copy of J&T Consignment Note
  • Clear Photos of the received damaged good and box it came in
  1. If you are working, it would be advisable to ship to your office address. If no one is physically able to collect your parcel after two delivery attempts, your parcel will either be held at the nearest J&T branch or sent back to us.
  2. Contact us and provide us with your invoice number, name of item and the reason for returning. Our customer service representative will be assist you with the return process
